cPanel is your hosting control panel — where the files, mailboxes and settings of your site live. You do not need to be a techie for the 5 things you need most. Here they are, jargon-free.
1. A new mailbox on your domain
Email Accounts → Create: pick a name (info@, sales@), a password, a quota — done in a minute. Phone and Outlook settings are there too (Connect Devices provides them automatically).
2. Your site files
File Manager = an Explorer for your site. Useful for: uploading an image, downloading a file, or a quick edit. Rule: do not delete anything you cannot name — ask us instead.
3. A one-click backup
Backup (or JetBackup) → download a full copy before any bigger change. Our automatic daily backups exist anyway — but your own local copy before an experiment is gold.
4. The PHP version
Select PHP Version → see what your site runs on and switch with a click. If a plugin complains after the change — switch back just as easily.
5. SSL and domains
SSL/TLS Status shows whether the padlock is active (with us it renews automatically). Domains/Subdomains — a new subdomain (e.g. shop.yourdomain.mk) in two minutes.

cPanel is powerful — which means things can break too. When unsure: ask us BEFORE the click, not after. We answer fast and never laugh at questions. 😊
