How long will it take? is the second question after price. The honest answer: it depends on you more than on us. Here is the whole process and real timelines.
Real timelines
- A business card site (3-5 pages): 7-14 days
- A business site with services and a blog: 2-4 weeks
- An online store: 3-6 weeks (depending on products and payments)
- With card payments: plus 1-3 weeks for the bank — that part is not up to us
Step 1 · The conversation (1 day)
What you do, who your client is, what the site should achieve. 70% of the outcome is decided here — it is not a formality.
Step 2 · Quote and contract (1-2 days)
A clear scope: what is included, what is not, how many pages, deadline, price. If it is not in the quote, it is not in the project — no unpleasant surprises for anyone.
Step 3 · Materials (this is where delays live)
You send texts, logo, photos. This step decides whether the site is done in 2 weeks or 2 months.
Step 4 · Structure and design (3-7 days)
The homepage first — it defines the style. You review, comment, approve. The rest then moves fast.
Step 5 · Build (5-14 days)
Everything comes together: pages, forms, mobile, speed, SSL, SEO basics, Analytics.
Step 6 · Review and corrections (2-4 days)
You review the whole site. Reasonable corrections are included — but if at this step you want a different concept, we go back to step 4 (and that is a new item).
Step 7 · Launch (1 day)
DNS, SSL, Search Console, sitemap, a final mobile check. The site is live.
What drags things out
- Missing texts (classic number one)
- Approval from several people who disagree
- Changing the concept halfway
- Waiting on a bank or a third party
Our approach
We give you a realistic deadline, not a best-case one. If something slips, you will know why — and what we need to continue.
